ppkr98 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ppkr98 ("ppkr98," "we," "us," "the Company") in respect of your access to and use of the ppkr98 platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and any other services made available through ppkr98.net and its associated domains and applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or using any feature of the ppkr98 platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement and all documents incorporated by reference herein, including the ppkr98 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the ppkr98 platform.

To register and maintain an active account on ppkr98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. ppkr98 does not permit access to players under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of any ppkr98 employee or affiliated partner company.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded account on ppkr98 unless formally reinstated by ppkr98 support in writing.
• You must register in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

ppkr98 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time, including a certified copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may maintain only one active account on ppkr98. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in all duplicate accounts being permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, and any balances in duplicate accounts withheld pending investigation. Players who have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact support immediately.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppkr98 username, password, and any one-time authentication codes (OTPs). All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of whether you authorised the activity personally. ppkr98 will never contact you to request your password or OTP codes through any channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ppkr98 support immediately.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be notified to ppkr98 support and may require re-verification. ppkr98 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). ppkr98 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts as set out in the current fee schedule. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting ppkr98 support and completing any required re-verification.

ppkr98 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All deposits to ppkr98 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you are depositing in USDT, in which case the PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit will be credited to your account.

• The minimum deposit amount at ppkr98 is Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your ppkr98 wallet instantly upon confirmed payment.
• Bank transfers may take up to two working hours to be reflected depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• ppkr98 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be subject to refund and account investigation.
• ppkr98 is not responsible for delays, errors, or losses arising from incorrect payment details entered by the player.

Withdrawals from ppkr98 are subject to the following conditions and procedures:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Completed KYC verification is required for all withdrawals. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, subject to available withdrawal options for that method.
• ppkr98 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. These are targets, not guarantees; ppkr98 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• ppkr98 reserves the right to impose a standard processing window of up to 48 hours for withdrawals above Rs 50,000 for enhanced verification purposes.
• Active bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• ppkr98 may request additional documentation — including source of wealth statements — for large or repeated withdrawal requests as part of ongoing AML compliance.

ppkr98 offers various bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the following general conditions:

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific promotion.
• One welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts constitute multi-accounting and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each bonus's individual terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Bets placed above the maximum permitted amount while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus funds expire if not used or cleared within the stated validity period.
• ppkr98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms: slot games and cricket/sports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute at 100%; live casino games and table games contribute at 10%; bets placed at odds below 1.50 contribute at 0%. ppkr98 may publish updated contribution rates in specific promotion terms, which will supersede these general rates.

All games offered on ppkr98 are operated by certified game studios and subject to independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) certification. The rules of each individual game — including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, slots, and all live dealer games — are available within the game interface and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the ppkr98 system. ppkr98 is not liable for player error in placing bets.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at ppkr98's discretion. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Sports betting results are settled in accordance with ppkr98's sporting rules, which are published separately in the betting section. In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement, ppkr98's determination is final.
• ppkr98 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager placed by any player at its sole discretion, including for reasons of suspected manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or where ppkr98 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event is compromised.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within the respective game or market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppkr98 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund your ppkr98 account.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one account on ppkr98, whether under your own identity or a fictitious one.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to influence the outcome of games or to exploit bonus structures.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the ppkr98 platform or influence game outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting, matched betting, or coordinated bonus extraction activities.
• Money Laundering: Using ppkr98 to process proceeds of criminal activity or to obscure the origin of funds through gaming transactions.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise compromise the software or security systems of the ppkr98 platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward ppkr98 staff, live dealers, or other players.

ppkr98 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, to forfeit all balances in the account, and to pursue all available legal remedies including reporting the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

ppkr98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take immediate effect on reduction.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your access to ppkr98 for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your ppkr98 account from all gaming activities. Self-exclusion is immediate, irrevocable for the duration set, and extends across all game categories on the platform.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by ppkr98 is governed by the ppkr98 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. ppkr98 processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised marketing communications where you have provided your consent to receive them.

All content on the ppkr98 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ppkr98 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the ppkr98 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from ppkr98. Your use of the platform grants you no licence or right to any ppkr98 intellectual property beyond the limited personal, non-commercial access necessary to use the platform's intended functions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppkr98 and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ppkr98 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures, third-party payment delays, or force majeure events.

ppkr98 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur. ppkr98 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. ppkr98 does not guarantee winnings of any kind. Players participate at their own risk and acknowledge that losing deposited funds is a possible outcome of all gambling activities.

ppkr98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• ppkr98 is unable to verify the player's identity or eligibility to the required standard.
• The player's activity is flagged by ppkr98's fraud detection systems as suspicious.
• ppkr98 is required to do so pursuant to a regulatory or law enforcement instruction.
• The player requests voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ppkr98 support. Real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days following account closure, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your ppkr98 account or a specific transaction, please follow the process below:

1. Contact ppkr98 support via live chat (available 09:00–03:00 PKT daily) or submit a support ticket to [email protected].
2. Provide your account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, dates and times).
3. ppkr98 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full resolution within 10 business days.
4. If you are unsatisfied with ppkr98's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

ppkr98's decision on any dispute is final in respect of game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems, which are independently audited. ppkr98 will not reverse confirmed bets or game outcomes except where a material technical error is established by independent evidence.

ppkr98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ppkr98 will endeavour to provide at least seven days' advance notice by publishing the updated terms on the ppkr98 website and, where practicable, notifying registered players via their registered email address. Your continued use of the ppkr98 platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. Players who do not agree to amended terms should request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppkr98 is licensed to operate. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.
